Photo of Mauricio Flores, M.D., Pediatric EndocrinologistDr. Flores graduated from the University Evangelica of El Salvador in 1996. He completed internship and general pediatrics residency at Lincoln Medical Center in the Bronx, NY and pediatric endocrinology fellowship at Winthrop University Hospital in Long Island, NY. Dr. Flores is certified in general pediatrics and pediatric endocrinology. He was a faculty member of the University of Illinois College of Medicine in Peoria, Illinois and worked as a full-time endocrinologist for the Children’s Hospital of Illinois prior to joining CPSST in July 2011. He enjoys taking care of the children of South Texas and teaching the pediatric residents and medical students rotating with him.
